What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer Australia-wide delivery. Shipping times vary by location: metro areas typically receive orders within 7-10 business days, while regional areas may take up to 14-21 business days depending on the size of the furniture.
Can I click and collect my order?
Yes, we offer a free Click & Collect service at most of our store locations. Simply select your preferred store at checkout, and we will notify you via email as soon as your items are ready for pickup.
What is your return policy for change of mind?
We want you to love your home. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unassembled condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs apply.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture?
While our standard delivery is to your door, we do offer a premium 'White Glove' delivery service in select metro areas which includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of packaging materials.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible interest-free payment options including Afterpay and Zip Money.

To maintain the beauty of your furniture, we recommend using our specialized care kits. For timber, avoid direct sunlight and use coasters; for outdoor pieces, we suggest covering them during extreme weather or using our protective oils.
